So you are trying to rid yourself of a problem. What's going to make it easier, concentrating on it, or being relaxed about it?
Support groups consist of a room full of people all talking about how much they could murder a fag. This tends to put the emphasis on smoking. We know of one local support group in the North East of England, near Darlington, led by a nurse who is a forty a day smoker.
One of our associates had an Irish grandmother who used to tell him that there is a fairy ring in Ireland where you can gain three wishes if you can dance around it three times without thinking of a goat. No one has yet managed it, but they keep trying. Funnily enough it's the same with smoking. The more you concentrate on it the harder it is to get it out of your mind.
There's a subconscious conflict going on in the mind of any smoker who tries to give up through support or willpower, and the subconscious will niggle away at them until it succeeds in it's goal of breaking them.
Hypnotherapy is one of the easiest ways of gaining access to the subconscious and getting it to work with you in your ambition to stop smoking once and for all. It's a simple relaxing process which will make cigarettes and tobacco irrelavent to you, allowing you to take back control of your life, and beat other habits too.
